As the Chiropractor to over 600 famous pro athletes & musicians from Def Leppard, Journey, Korn, Weird Al, to Seahawks and Mr. Universe, etc!  I was tired of fixing them only to have them go on tour and ruin all my work.  I designed a quick 5 min a day routine called the S.E.T. (Stretch, Exercise & Traction) Program that they could do on the tour bus or in the hotel rooms and maintain and/or correct the imbalances and repetitive injuries put on their bodies while performing on the stage or field. 

WHAT MAKES MY PROGRAM UNIQUE WITH NEW TECHNOLOGY?

Most other exercise programs are "LINEAR" (simple and ONLY 1 angle) and limited in there efficiency.  Utilizing a revolutionary new concept of "CIRCULAR" exercises, using a specific combination of Stretches, Exercises & Traction (S.E.T.) in a UNILATERAL (one-sided) format to structurally change the musculoskeletal system of the body (like braces on teeth) and correct the 3 biggest postural pandemics of our society:

1) COMPUTER NECK - Upper Crossed Syndrome from hunched over at schoolbooks and electronics resulting in Headaches, Neck Pain and Arthritis. (67% of population in U.S.)

2) FLAT BUTT - Posterior Pelvic Tilt from short hamstrings caused by sitting for 12-16 years in school resulting in Low Back Pain and Sciatica. (74% of population in U.S.)

3) SHORT LEG - Functional Short Leg Syndrome caused from 3,000 - 5,000 untreated falls for the average teenager resulting in sports injuries and hip and knee replacements.  (97% of population in U.S.)
